Quality
We support our clients in managing quality and safety throughout the entire construction process. Our role can include acting as a deputy landlord, coordinating quality procedures, and ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the required standards and regulations. To achieve this, we develop and implement quality management documentation such as QMP, QCP, QIC, and method statements tailored to each project.
We carry out site surveys and quality inspections during the execution phase of a project. Through continuous monitoring and detailed reporting, we ensure that construction works comply with the technical specifications, contractual agreements, and safety requirements.
For efficient reporting and collaboration, we use digital quality management software such as LetsBuild (Aproplan).
