Work Preparation
Good preparation is the foundation of every successful project. Before work starts on site, we make sure that planning, documents, orders and budget are in order, so that execution can begin without surprises.
Planning and Organisation
We draw up detailed execution schedules with realistic lead times, taking into account delivery times, weather-sensitive activities and the sequence of trades.
Drawings and Bills of Quantities
We analyse the architect’s plans and check the technical documents, in AutoCAD or BIM. Inconsistencies between drawings, specifications and bills of quantities are flagged before they turn into costly problems on site.
Purchasing and Logistics
We request and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, order materials and plan deliveries, so that the right materials arrive on site at the right time.
Budget Control
We follow up cost estimates throughout the project and monitor the budget, so that deviations are spotted early and decisions can be made on time.
Coordination
We act as the linchpin between architect, site manager and suppliers, making sure information flows and agreements are kept.
